Shipping & Delivery 

All orders must be signed upon delivery and we are unable to accommodate requests for items to be left unattended. At Moissanite Imports, we source our products internationally from the best manufacturers in the world. So it can take between 25 days to 55 days for the product to get delivered. However, if the product does not arrive, a full refund will be provided.  We aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours, so if there are any concerns about the product contact us at info@moissonaiteimports.com

Returns & Exchanges 

If you are not 100% happy with your product you can return the product within 30 days delivery of the purchase. If you would like to return the product, contact us at info@moissionateimports.com so that we can generate a return label for you. Moissionate imports will cover the cost of return postage for exchanges or refunds. However, Moissionate Imports does not assume responsibility for lost parcels.
